Shrimp
its a very simple and quick recipe.
Ingredients:
- shrimp ( medium size ) - 250 g
- onion ( medium size ) -1
- tomato ( medium size ) -1
- ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- paprika ( red Kashmiri chilli powder ) - 1 tsp
- green bell pepper - 1 ( optional )
- olive oil - 3tbs
- green chilli - 2
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Peeled and deveined the shrimp and rub the shrimp with salt .
- Cut the onion and the tomato into very small pieces
- Cut the bell pepper into chunk.( If using)
- Slit the green chillies and deseeded .
Methods:
- Put one tbs oil in a non stick pan on a high heat.
- Fry the shrimp and shake the pan (It will take only 5 m . Do not fry the shrimp too long as it become rubbery).
- Keep the shrimp aside.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Put another two spoon of oil on that same pan.
- Add the onion and fry till it changes color.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste.
- Put tomatoes and chilli powder.
- Mix well.
- Adjust salt.
- When the tomatoes almost cook add the bell pepper if you are using it.
- Now add the fried shrimp and green chillies .
- Mix well and serve.
