A very healthy Dinner recipe
Ingredients:

- 2 wing chicken pieces
- 2tbp dried rosemary
- 1tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbs lemon juice freshly squished
- 1 tbs oil
Methods:
- Marinate the the chicken with all the ingredients except oil for 1/2 hour.
- Pre heat the oven at 250 degree Centigrade .
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and spread the oil in it.
- Place the chicken pieces on it and sprinkle oil on the chicken.
- Bake for 20 min.
- Turn over the chicken and prick it with a fork.
- Again bake for 20 min .
- Serve with slices of cucumber and tomatoes.
